So I just noticed that when I fracture my window with a Radial Impulse Actor, it doesn't trigger the particle effect that is associated with the fractured mesh.
This effect IS triggered when shooting the window with a gun, but is not triggered with the impulse actor.
Is there a way to trigger the particle with the impulse actor, or should I just hook up the system and trigger it via kisment?

For instance if I shoot the window (fractured mesh) then the assigned system inside the fractured mesh will trigger.
BUT if I use a Radial Impulse actor to break the window then the assigned system inside the fractured mesh will NOT trigger.
