Hm well first thing I notice is you have characters and props. From what I hear, it's generally best to pick one or the other. Employers usually are looking for specialists.
And don't take this the wrong way, but I would take your robot off entirely. It looks like it's just made of basic primitives. The polycount seems inconsistent on it too.
i'd start your website out with presenting your work right away. What i was told is when a company visits your website, the main thing they want to see is your work so if it's just plain/boring right away, its possible that they wont even take the time to click the portfolio link and just leave your site.
You'll want to draw their attention right away.
your characters seem to have a high poly count though the characters dont have the reasonable amount of details and efficiency to work with that high polycount. I believe your poly's could be even lower for your characters.
i see that in your 3d props specifically, all of your objects seem to look as if they're all made up of the same material.
it could help to focus on working with one object for practice but try to make it as either realistic/stylistic as possbile?
- The landing page shows me your contact page. You should have it re-direct to your work. If I want to contact you I'll do it after I see your work.
- The environment you have is not AAA game quality. Not sure if that's obvious for you to see, or if you're going for this type of art style. I thought my monitor went on the fritz when I saw the scale of some objects.
- The "Philippine Warrior" is the weakest piece to me, but your characters in general need improving.
- Scrap the 2D art section.
