Need references of females with their arms slightly outward.

The reference I'm using has her arms sticking straight out, in a T-pose. I want her arms a bit lower. Anyone have a reference photo like that?

3D.sk has plenty of reference pictures like that, though you'll have to do some digging if you want to find ones that are free.

If you go to 3D.sk I'd reccomend paying for atleast 1month's worth. Then look up photo sets for the body type and gender you're looking for, and download all the useful stuff from those sets. Thats what I did, and I've now got a good variety of full sets of character reference which will come in handy for a long time. You can also sign up for 3months and that way you can download entire photo sets very easily, but its a question of laziness vs money.

If you want free photos, you'd be better to run with fineart.sk. The free photos on 3d.sk are pretty limited.
