Cockroach in skyrim

I don't know why this is bugging but I was looking through the Skyrim texture maps and found a cockroach texture map. The map is 256 and also has a normal map to go along with it. I can't find the model it belongs to and I don't ever remember seeing a cockroach in game. The texture size makes me think it would be the size of a large rat in game. Any ideas on what became of this cockroach?

Have you checked the sewers leading out of the jail in Whiterun? Or the farthest back portions of the Ratways? Or the Midden (a dungeon underneath the College of Winterhold)?

I feel like I remember seeing cockroaches or something like that in one of those places...but I could be full of shit.
