Hi! So I´ve been on the job hunt since my internship is ending this week. sadly nothing yet.
so I decided to rework my portfolio during this summer and thought I could start a sketchbook to post my progress.
so here we go.

I´ve also started a new environment project. Going to be some sort of Pirate port. here are some shots of the first props with normal and AO maps.
and some very early blockout in UDK:
going to do some more props and then do the atlas texture for the buildings, currently only been trying things out, nothing final.
some of the props are just borrowed from other older scenes like the tree and the lightpost. the rocks and water is currently UDK meshes.

a highpoly cannon for my scene, need to do a sculpt pass on it aswell
and some trees I´ve been working on just a normal printscreen in UDK viewport.
did a small scene of the trees and frapsed it

Those at the muzzle of the canon is what stands out the most for me, along with the those at the edges.
Take this criticism as nitpicking, cus there's nothing else to not like of it right now
