some character updates as the game is near release, moar 2D and 3D.
its was a nice challenge, character specs, 450-500 tris + 100 tris on weapon if needed.
256x256 textures
for the workflow, I used dynamesh a lot, had a rough Hi-Poly, not too polished since the final 3d model is diffuse only. Then a little retopo for the final low poly.
