Giganotosaurus, rigged and textured.

I've been modelling a Giganotosaurus for a Uni assignment and thought I'd post some renders up here to get some feedback.

Here are a few renders of the base mesh to begin with.

Once this was complete it was unwrapped and imported into Z Brush where sculpting was done to add detail to the skin and the model was poly painted to block out the areas of colour. Followng this, the sculpting was made into a normal map and the poly paint was made into a diffuse map and exported back out. The exported maps were then cleaned up in hotoshop and a specular was created too.

Back in Max the model the textures were applied to the model and it was skinned to a custom CAT rig after which renders of the animations were created.

thats not a bad start the mash is clean you may need to work on the normal map i looking at it and its not working with it and your idle animation looks good but you may want to get its tail moving side to side it just looks stiff to me

its a good start keep it up
