[UDK] Old Attic - Environment exercise

Hi all. Just a quick post from me here... progression as I go with updates to come. Planning on having this done by the time D3 releases, so I am giving myself 2 weeks! I work best with personal deadlines, so yup...
I found this pic on flickr, decided that it was simple enough yet visually sophisticated to have a realistic appeal for my portfolio. It should be noted that I know I wont be able to get it 1:1 as its in the photo, but overall I am trying to hit that feel, composition and setup that is in this shot.
