Hello I am current a student studying computer games design at Staffordshire university. my assignment requires me to model a human body.
The stages below show the model in progress from the base mesh to what I have so far.
Sculpt:
front upper body
front lower body
back upper body
back lower body
side upper body
side lower body
Paint:
front upper body
front lower body
back upper body
back lower body
Current model:
front body
side body
back body
these are the maps I am using so far I haven't done a specular yet as I want the diffuse finished first.
I could really use some advice on major things I could change and/or improve any help would be greatly appreciated.

Hi,
I'm a uni student too I studying games design at Leeds met (2nd year) what year are you??
What I'd suggest to improve howeve is look at some real life anatomy. Each person is roughly 8 1/2 heads in height. Your character looks rather like 10. Your legs are a little long, and the head and neck small. But tbh texturing wise I'd think that's fine and to improve it once the mesh is fully finished.
Nice job
You definitely need to grab yourself some good anatomical reference, 02jDavies.
Loomis is pretty solid starting point.
