Looking for experienced Artists (concepting/3d/Game visual fx)
Hi fellow Artists, the company I work for is looking for talented artists with some game experience for permanent fulltime positions in Copenhagen. We are only looking for applicants who live within the EU! Applicants should also be pretty fluent in English.
We are especially looking for the following:
A Realtime GameFx/3dArtist
We are looking for an Effects Artist/3d Artist to create effects and other assets for our game using our in-house developed Effects System.
The game you will be working on has a visual style that sits in between realism and cartoony.
Your job function include using our in-house effects system and producing the assets/sprites/3d models etc. needed for making beautiful game effects for our game.
You therefore need to have a good visual eye for what looks good, for movement and be a creative and technical person, using a simple effects system to powerful results.
Besides making game effects, you could also be asked to help out with our outsourcing pipeline, create 3dmodels and textures and anything else needed to get new assets into our game.
As we are a smaller team, we are looking for someone with a wider artistic skillset than just effects.
Summing up we are looking for someone with the following skillset:
Have a great visual understanding of why things look good and being able to reproduce them.
Should be able to do the job without a lot of hand holding.
Be able to learn new technical systems and tools by own hand.
Experience in making effects for games.
Have a professional attitude towards the tasks at hand.
Have a technical and creative mind.
Work efficiently
Advanced knowledge of Photoshop for producing textures and sprites for games.
Advanced knowledge of 3dsmax for modeling and texturing of 3d models.
A Concept Artist with 3d experience
We are also looking for an amazing concept artist, if possible with 3d experience in 3dsmax. The concept artist will be working on an existing titel and need to follow the art style already set, but still have alot of freedom in how new things should look in the game.
