Fractured Chunks EXPLODING

Ok so I have a tree that I have used the fracture tool to fracture it.

It's all fine and works fine except for one problem.

My chunks fly off so fast that instead of looking like they're being shot by a pistol, they look like they've been blown up by a nuclear missile.

They fly HIGH into the air and outward in all directions WAAAY to fast.

How can get these things to slow down?
