As part of a university assignment, I've been creating a stegosaurus model which is to be animated and implemented into UDK.

link and was designed for UDK 2011-08
I've got a few key areas noted where I feel improvements would be of benefit, however if you could take a moment to give some feedback regarding modelling, textures, animation and anything else you think could do with improvement, that would be highly appreciated.
