The shoulders look a little droopy. I saw a corrected image and I think that's the way to go. The eyes look a little flat at the moment. Just needs a tiny bit of specular and it should pop it out. The philtrum (the little dip under the nose) is too dark. Haz did say something about the AO being too dark and try deep reds instead.
For me, though, I would play around with the specular of your costuming. It looks a bit uniform, or just a bit fresh. If something is leather, it shouldn't spec like metal, or neoprene, or what have you. On my spec, I overlay/mix it up with some photo sources and get a non-uniform type of spec. Or you could not. The thing is to define the material with the spec, and not just the diffuse.
