3d World Issue 100?

Hey all,
I'm looking to see if anyone has a copy of 3d World Issue #100 (February 2008 ) lying around that could possibly send me some info from?
Specifically, there is a Q&A titled "How can I create realistic ocean foam?" and it was answered by Pete Draper.
I have already gone the usual route of checking for back issues on official channels like myfavouritemagazines.co.uk, zinio.com and even checked eBay to see if anyone is selling a copy, but unfortunately it isn't avaliable anywhere.
I emailed Pete, but he was only able to give me a very basic rundown as he is currently in India without access to his main workstation with the original files and won't be able to forward the details onto me until possible July, maybe later.
If anyone could help me out, it would be greatly appreciated.
