I would say to not give it that toon shade when presenting it. It looks like the back image has it, but the front one doesnt. I can't really see any of the detail from the small image posted as well.
I would also give her clothing some more texture (depending on the style you're going for). It just seems bucket filled white letting the normal map do the texturing.
She looks kind of dead eyed right now. I would have her looking in a specific direction, maybe at the camera even. She just looks like she's just starring off into space.
The halfway there tooning is really visually grating to me.
I think I'd like it more with the airbrushed semi-realistic style of the face on everything, without the edge detection, OR have a much less varied and flat skintone like the cloth tones are, and keep the toonlines.

What's the shader you're using there for the outlines? I was after something like that myself a while back.

Yea, I took it into photoshop and drew over it for like 5 minutes. I'm using a similar method for a client right now, and I kind of like the results.
