Yes I do. BUt I am trying with a different Object so see if the problem fixes.
I still have this weird problem when rendering. I split the UVs where there is a hard edge to avoid the black seam. In Maya render view pot if appears as if I have a decent normal map bake, but when i render the object I get all the weirdness. Below are screen shots and renders of the project. Please advise and help me with this if you can.

Below is the normal map bake I acquired through using Maya Transfer Maps.
Below is a screen capture of the Objects, the lower object is the High Rez, and the upper Object is the low Rez.
Below is the Render where I am getting all the weirdness.
I did some research, and found out that Maya's default render does not support Normal maps and gives a nasty render. Did a render using the mental ray renderer, and got a better result.
