hi, well im completely new at this so i dont know what im doing, so any tips and advice would be very much appericated. this my unfinished concept who i've named Lucifur, he's not finished yet as you can see i eventually hope to see him come to life in 3d form

you need to add lighting and shading into it, but I'll like to know more about the character

Keep going! Draw it from some other angles, or in different poses.
Make some close-ups of certain parts to plan out your design well before you make it in 3D.
