you need more geo to make the curveed grip under the barrel, otherwise that hole is going to cause pinching. I'd suggest using floaters if you can. same with the rubber grippy strips. You also need to make sure you stay consistent with thicker edges widths.
not sure if you wanted this but the way you have your floating sphere set up right now, its being cut off by the geometry of the handle, so your normal bake out will have those rounded edges but a flat bottom.
