My name is Daniel McCarthy. I'm a 3D artist who specialises in designing and creating characters, props and environments for use in the video games industry. My expertise is in high-low modeling/sculpting, texturing and map baking.
I am currently looking for paid work.
My most recent work has been for a team based FPS, putting me charge of designing alien creatures and props with a heavy organic influence.
I'm proficient with programs such as: 3dsMax, Maya, Mudbox, Zbrush Photoshop and Xnormal. I also have experience with UDK.
