Description
Guerrilla is looking for an ambitious Senior Artist or Lead Artist who is willing to take the next step and become our new Assistant Art Director. As the successful candidate, you will work with the Art Director and Outsource Manager to develop and maintain high standards of aesthetic and technical aspects of art content. You will provide clear and consistent art direction to outsource partners and in-house artists, and work with the in-house artists to ensure that outsourced assets are integrated correctly. You will also foster communication between the art departments, producers and outsource partners, and help maintain milestone and art schedules.

Requirements
We want to hear from you if:
- You have at least 6 years of experience in the games industry.
- Youve previously held a position as Assistant Art Director, Senior Artist or Senior (Tech) Artist, with proven experience in 2D and 3D game art production.
- You possess a high level of creativity and a clear insight into art production and outsourcing.
- You have excellent communication skills and a professional attitude.
