Figured I'd post here to get some insight. I'm starting to get a pain in the wrist/forearm and I think it's carpal tunnel related. I don't have health insurance so I was looking for suggestions on how to mitigate the onset of carpal tunnel.
--Any wrist splint recommendations?
--Desk/chair/workspace set up? (my space at home is currently not ideal, so I'm willing to redo it).

There's a good amount of helpful information in those threads.
Worked that way for going on 15 years, never once had issues with CTS.
