How can one create flipbook textures?
A google search doesn't turn up anything for me. So, I've come to my friends at polycount. Is there any way to create flipbook textures --

This tool makes screencap GIFs, it was mentioned recently in the Tech Artist thread, Computron has a nice example in there.

*Should have read that more clearly, you wanted flipbook textures, not flipbook animations.
