Who is responsible for creating Maya?
Out of sheer curiosity, although likely immense and incomplete, where might I go to find a list of credited contributors?

Autodesk is the company that develops it. Originally developed by Alias until they were bought out by Silicone Graphics and then finally sold to Autodesk.

I actually was thinking that having both would ultimately be cool to research. It would be interesting to contrast the two and try and extrapolate and hypothesize how those team dynamics might have influenced each package.
