Lightmass shadow issue

Hey everyone! Ive stumbled upon an issue with lightning, specially when using lightmass I cant wrap my mind around. You can see the issue in the picture below, built with lightmass:

As you can see the shadows are not only incorrect on certain faces, but are also washed out. The mesh is triangulated, it has a separate UV for lightmap, there is enough space between UV shells, resolution is even higher than it needs to be.. I am out of options what could be wrong. Any ideas what is causing the lightning issue?

I have tried to build lights without lightmass, but there are some minor shadow artifacts there as well as can be seen below:
