Do you think it'd be possible to work off royalty? I need a 3D modeler to model the assets for a 3D RPG demo level (for promotional purposes, to try and get a larger team to sign on), and though the demo wouldn't make profit, the game itself would once it hit steam/xbox live marketplace.
