Decided to start a new personal project in UDK. It's been a while since my last one (Brawl Bathhouse) and I figure posting some WIP pics as I work will encourage me to not slack
Basic plan is to have 3 goblins chillin in the woods around their pot of boiling food at night time. I'm not really going for current gen specs. I just want a high quality render that's rendered in Unreal.

oh shiiiiiii ^^
Looking forward to seeing this develop : D
just a crit on the goblin though. The saggy parts of him (tummy and chin) feel a bit weird in contrast to the tight skin on his arms and chest. With that much fat in his face I'd expect more fat elsewhere too. Just a thought.
The material is still WIP too...I'm not really happy w/ the colors, still trying to balance the right amount of green vs red from blood.
Also brought over an eye shader I had made a while ago.
Derp.
Cant wait to see the final piece. Skin looks great!
Quick side question, how do you get those large renders of your material setup. Having trouble doing screen grabs from them as my resolution is never high enough.
I would broaden the spec as on the most recent screen its too tight.
You may want to experiment with some Fresnel in the spec to create the feeling of the highlights being stronger on the grazing angles.
