UDK Model Import Bends Mesh

Hey everyone, having a really weird issue here. I have been importing my meshes from the same Max scene with no problem. When I got to this model however, when imported into UDK under .fbx format, it tapers/bends/something the mesh. I used .ASE format, it went in normally, but with wierd smoothing erros.

Any ideas on this? I searched google, but nothing came up.
