Gentlemen Racer

Hello forum!

This is a guy i have just completed for a school project... Created in 3-4 weeks. Rendered are screen shot from the Marmoset Engine. Thought i would post her to get some feedback.

    I feel like the proportions are off. When I saw him my first reaction was "wow he's got short legs" Generally speaking you'd want the crotch to be about the halfway point but here it's more at the 2/3 mark which makes for a very disproportionate figure. It might partly have to do with the angle you rendered him from but even from straight on I'd wager his legs could do with some significant lengthening

    I'm terrible when it comes to folds or anatomy so I can't comment much on those, although the folds in his sleeves seem off to me somehow, but again not much experience. but even so, I'd suggest a look at some reference on how that sort of material (I'm getting the feeling it's leather but I could be wrong, if it is it at least looks like leather, if not needs some work) bends and folds, it seems to be bunching up a lot right now despite being unbent/in a state of rest

    (I just googled leather racing jacket) and try an emulate the folds, notice that things stay relatively smooth until something bends, even on the second picture where things are more bunched and twisted the folds are nowhere near as deep and defined as as your model
