Awesome! I just set mine up a few days ago, but I'm still adjusting the area to get the best read given the space that I have (I have some shiny surfaces and windows that need to be covered).
Out of curiosity, are you vibrating one of your kinect sensors? You seem to have some really nice clean data, if you are using the offset weight motor technique I'd love to know more about it(info on where you'd get the motor and how much would be super helpful as well).
It seems you have a lot of room to move about while remaining in view of both kinects; what distance are you using here?

The distance between the sensors is about 20 ft in that video.
one was bout 6-7 ft high and the other is about 2 ft low.
In this video I use a shaking sensor for camera 1.
