Soul of Guardian FB game - huge art rip?

OK so on Facebook there is this new game that came out called Soul of Guardian. It caught my eye when i saw their profile pic that looked a lot like a CG girl that i had seen before. I'm just wondering if any of this is legal? this seems just wrong. Is there anything we can do about this?

Yeow, that's pretty blatant ripping. It would be one thing if they used the scene's poses and composition, but keeping the core painting itself is messsssed up.

It's nothing really that new - chinese web game 'developers' don't tend to have much regard for copyrights, the same way a lot of other chinese industry doesn't.
