I can't quite tell from the second long cuts, but I think I'm going to find it very jarring whenever there are shot actors on screen over CG backgrounds. I don't thing those shots work at all.

Andreas - it was originally slated to air as a web series for the pilot, which is why components of the production quality might not be so high.

Scud - eh? It all looked fantastic to me. I've seen 30yr old men that look like little boys - Adam is meant to be in his late teens in this, I believe. I don't have an issue with him looking long, so long as he can act.

And yeah, I'm excited for this

Can't frakk'n wait. They also got Bear McCreary to score the pilot too. I hated the trailer though....I wish they would have went for something a bit less choppy.

It said Syfy, so I'm assuming it'll be on the channel and not a web series.

Looks sweet, can't wait! It looks like its made on a tight budget, but that isn't bad at all. It looks fantastic for what it is. Its amazing what people can make these days with very little money and time. Looking forward to tuning in on this one.

Apparently it's still going to be a webseries. But on the bright side, the footage they showed is from a film theyre planning on airing on syfy.

^ doubtful, when i read 'webseries' it always translates to 'cop out'.

it's kind of a shame that the main BSG storyline doesn't really leave much wiggle room for a sequel - i kind of attribute the meagre success of caprica and this here venture to them being prequels.
