I'm starting on a new scene. I picked it because it has trees and foilage, which I've never really done any of. I'm doing this to learn them.
Anyway, I have a few questions about making tree trunks in Zbrush.
Here's the concept:
And here's where I'm at with the first tree. I blocked it out with Zspheres then made it into a mesh. I plan to then sculpt it. What is a good way to then retopo it? Would I have to re-model the whole tree again?

Some people just decimate these kinds of meshs to a really low level and call it a day, otherwise yes you'd probably want to re-model it from scratch. 3DCoats auto-retop would probably be the easiest.
