This is my first time contributing on the Polycount forums, but I saw this challenge to be a good way to get some work done.
While creating concepts I really found that I liked the idea of the jewel / orb that brought the ornate nature of the Angelic style to the forefront. I feel that the jewel needs to have been touched by human hands, but not completely cut and polished, instead it retains some of its wild and untamed nature.
