I sketched something quickly, just some rough shapes as I'm not very good with 2d concept art. Right now I'm still deciding whether to have double blades/wings or just a single one. Double blades on one side might make the axe look awkward, and probably not very practical. I'll play around with it in zbrush tomorrow to see how it will look.
