This is my first time here on polycount and so far i have enjoyed everything i have seen. This is my first time entering into a polycount contest obviously but not my first time in a 3D contest. I know i am entering into this contest a bit late but i will be more than done before the end date. I hope everyone enjoys my design and i am excited to hear everyone's thoughts.

The sickle at the bottom looks fairly big for the pommel proxy size. The figure is androgynous and has a short torso. I'm not sure what the circle is supposed to be. It reminds me of the Led Zeppelin Icarus design.

Thanks for the reply, the circle is supposed to be a medallion that is about the Archangel Michael. I will also fix the torso to make it more proportionate., and fix the size of the sickle.

I have made another revision. I decided to take out the figure all together because after looking at it i felt like it did not fit in very well. I instead kept the medallian. I also made the sickle smaller so it would be better balanced.

I am actually going to just remove the sickle all together. Now i just need to figure out an idea to put on the bottom.

After talking with Rogue I have actually came to a design that i like and i am going to model and start sculpting. Hope everyone enjoys.

I have finished up the modeling for both the low poly and high poly. The low poly is sitting at 1480 tris. I am going to start sculpting tonight so i should have some progress posted up later tonight.
