Are there any good concept art forums? Deviant art is awful to find good stuff because 80% of everything is from some teenager or younger. I have seen conceptart.org but their forum is private so I just never signed up for it.

A concept artist from work is active there. He says its a small but very active community. I myself don't know if the forum is good or not though, just check it out and see if you like it.
