How do I do to present / showcase low poly work with a nice render? I can't seem to be able to apply normal maps in dds format in 3dsmax neither have all the effects I do have in the game engine ...
Marmoset is a great tool with a beautiful lighting model that makes your work pop. It costs a small bit of money, but it is a fantastic little tool. You can achieve the same results from any free game engine, but those just take more expertise to get them looking right.
At the end of it all you need to understand lighting to achieve the best results, and this is something that you have to learn seperate from a game engine.
Naima, you do this alllll the time man. Please use the search function This information is on the wiki and there are many many threads about this topic. Don't make me start deleting your posts ;P

In seriousness, CE3, UDK, Marmoset, Mental-Ray, pick you poison.
