Help a noob at Texturing a wall with meshes UDK

so im trying to cover up a wall exterior of a building by applying a texture to flat plane mesh then copying that many times to fill the desired area. But im running into many problems. i need windows in my building so this screws me over big time because if i try to modify the mesh siz, the texture gets streched and looks horrid. Also if i cut a whole out in the mesh im left with extra space. Im just so lost as to how to cover this cursed wall. Plus the bsp is deleted so it makes applying textures straight a no go. Plus i get gaps in between the mesh texture that i can't fill
