Just out of curiosity, well maybe just a correction....but why is the status a freelancer yet your restrictions in-house...isnt this a juicy contradiction? No biggie, just more of a curiosity thing more than anything.

shagz412 - you can still work as a contractor/freelancer and work in house, it's quite common
