I've something in mind for a Demonic Mace.Something with organic stuff like Hands& Skull. I've done a rapid prototype of this weapon, hope you like it.
Here is an update.
I've worked on the skull, try to give it this darksider's touch. A lot of work to do on the hands. those hands belong to the lost souls who bring the spirit and strength of the demon represented here by the skull.

@Habboi: thank you, infact its just natural for me to come with this red colour for the demonic theme, i'm just wondering about how will be my diffuse map, how i could use this red colour somewhere else.

Here the last update with some matcap render test.The sculpt is almost done, have to finish the pomel and the grip area.

I think the handle area is to thin, and maybe the counter weight's a bit small.
I like it, it stands out among the other entries.
