Any feedback would be much appreciated, i'm looking to add spikes but don't know what they would be most efficient. As for the body of the spider, i'm looking at what I can do in texturing for that part.

I put it in zbrush to break some of the edges and put some minor details on the mace. The real work is going to be in the diffuse work...!

Really liking the idea. I'd make the legs a bit chunkier, perhaps, and make the lower legs go over the ring. More spikes=deadlier weapon

I tried putting more spikes in, but it always came out a bit more cluttered than anything else.
