Spotted some Fallout concept work being used probably without permission

So I was watching Discovery channel earlier because I was feelin' kinda ill and was on the couch. I started watching this show about Doomsday Preppers and they featured some company called Deep Earth Bunkers in TX. So I grabbed my macbook during a commercial break and brought up their website to see some more about them. Well I was greeted with concept art from Fallout being the background image all over their site. 
Pretty sure they're not using it with permission. I think this set of concept art has to be the most used ever as far as companies/terrorists and others using it in their materials without permission. I guess they don't think anyone would notice.

Having some passing exposure to the survivalist / SHTF prep culture, they probably aren't even aware that it's concept art from a game. Most of them aren't big into video gaming or popular culture of any kind. A few, but not the majority.
