I am looking for a small qroup of artist and programming engineers that would be interested in bringing this world to life and sharing in the rewards both artistically and monetarily .

alright alright maybe too harsh...got anything to show that would entice one to contact you? seriously though, "good ideas" are dime a dozen.
i'll give you a hint: team leader/organiser won't fly here.
I've worked on 4 studio developed MMOs so far so let me tell you, it's a long and expensive prospect to make something like WoW. Even a Ultima Online clone would be a very ambitious project. You will get more responses if you drop the secrecy and describe your project.
