Searching for Charackter Modeler

Hi there!
We´re a little 4 Man big Team, that searches someone who can model us Charackter for our Project in UDK.
We want to make a game like Counter Strike, just in Unreal Engine.
We have some done Meshes for the first Map, nothing else.
Were searching for someone who can model us Special Forces Soldiers like this German KSK :

On the other Site, Terrorists, lookin like Taliban.
Would be very helpful!
