[DS2] Mace, Uboy

Hi everyone,
These are my submissions so far for the contest. I sketched a lot of different ideas and decided to go with a mace, either a kingdom of the dead or angelic one. What do you guys think?

I would definatly go with your angelic design. It has a lot more interest than the kingdom of the dead themed one. With that said I would do a few more concepts of the angelic design. I think the face can be bigger and I would try to work in a something like this into the hilt.

Thanks for the suggestion Skyerzz, I think I like the angelic one more too. I'm already starting to model, it's kind of tough to get all those little details I wanted with the 1500 triangle limit, so I might have to cut back on some of those points and such.

So here's my base mesh. I did have to cut back on a few of the pointed tips because I wanted to do a six sided flanged mace, which does eat up polys pretty quickly. Still, I think I got most of what I wanted in there. Now to take it into ZBrush and detail it.
