Been super busy with work lately, but I'm a huge fan of the series and definitely want to contribute. Seen alot of great stuff on here, good luck to everyone.

So ill be doing this a la lunch crunch fashion. Here's what I whipped up yesterday, gonna have to move quick on this to hit the deadline.

Great concept! I'm thinking that the wrapping spine on the handle might not fit the constraints. If you kept the spine to the handle-transition area then you would probably be just fine.

This is bizarre. I like it a lot. What kind of color scheme were you planning on using?

Thats a great point, im starting a quick dynamesh sculpt today, ill have to bring in the hammer block out to make sure the proportions match up. Hopefully I can keep the skull size pretty close to the way it is now and also not have to remove the twisting spine down the center.

As for color scheme, I should probably do a quick color block in soon. Im thinking for the bone either go for cream white or go for a more cooler blue/grey/slate kinda colors or maybe even obsidian. The demon eyes while be orange yellow, and the flesh will be a kinda of meaty red with some purple and brownish hues im thinking.

That's sick as f*$%. I'd try to rework the spinal column on the handle though. It's got an awesome balance to it, nice work!

Did a quick line work pass so I can try out some colors tommorrow. If I can't use the wrapping spinal column, ill definitely incorporate it into the pole part of the hammer.

The wrap around the handle doesn't seem like it would work, but I'll leave that for someone from Vigil to comment on. Nice concept, looking forward to the updates!

Finished retopoing and started working the HP. Ill be incorporating more of the spine into the handle region and use the flesh as an accent. Still need to make the ram skull more dynamic and will be starting the detail pass on the rest, this will really help make the bony forms pop and feel more solid and less soft.

Looking good. Be careful not to make it too organic and soft. we do a lot of shaved surface details. The horns are too round. we really don't do round horns that often. Make them a bit more faceted. Doing this will bring them more into our style and it will help polycount a bit too.

Your skulls look pretty cool, but the sculpt over all looks doughy.

Thanks for the feedback guys, i adjusted the sculpt and ran hpolish along alot of the surfaces to make them feel more harder and planar in some spots.

Moving on to texturing. Finished initial bakes and put down a base.
