Hello , I have a small problem with zbrush , sometimes when I rotate pan around the object I am working on the screen leaves some traces of the previous image , if I move the model over that image by rotating around it it gets cancelled and eventually leaves other ghost image parts on the screen , why is happening that ?
Is there any way to fix? I didn't had it befoure ...
Btw I am using zbrsh4.r2b ...

R2B had an annoying bug that would frequently snapshot the model to the document as you're working
I download the new update from main site and is always free right?
Yeah, that's the glitch we were talking about. R2B was pretty buggy from my experience, but R3 has been smooth sailing so far. The update is free, I've yet to see one from Pixologic that isn't.
5 is probably being done for a long time and who knows, much of what we receive today as a free upgrade can serve as a test for version 5
Also we will have the QRmesher (probably paid, but who knows... it can be free ) http://www.verold.com/
I hope that this is not only auto-retopo but also a great improvement for retopo tools which I think is the weakest part of zbrush compared with all other tools we have available. topogun, 3d coat, any 3d modeling software...
auto-retopo is something useful, very helpful but in many cases we need to do manually to have exactly what we want.
no more with curves is possible to have very accurate shapes
polypaint + curves is absolutely fantastic

Curve can be used to sculpt and polypaint. curve with alpha can be extremely powerful, without the need to mask before sculpting certain things. like the sewing you asked in other thread
Any brush can use curve, including mask
with curve is possible to do things with precision. before, some things was easier to do with projection master. Now with curves we can do almost everything "live", without projection master
look at zbrush documentation ZBrush4_R2_whats_new.pdf start at page 39
