Hey Guys, This is what I scrounged up so far.

Concept looking good. I would probably divide model to separate pieces to better control it during sculpt, but that is of course is optional. Also make sure that your model fits in base mesh provided in contest guidelines ( https://us.v-cdn.net/5021068/uploads/wp-content/uploads/2012/02/DS2_Weapon_Hammer.jpg ). Waiting for more.

I really like the concept, although you might want to add some more hard edges to the bit, like the reference for the crow.
