Competition! Been doodling with this idea today. Still needs some focus. Not really sure where I'm going with it, but going to do some more silhouettes. Just wanted to get a thread going.

Looks like you have two designs overlapping there. The wings and the columns/dome have nothing to bridge the flow between them. There is definitely an idea there, you just need to find it.

Looking good man! I love the columns inside. Here is some ref that I found for some Roman columns:



I think that the wings should go honestly. Try out some different shapes for the top.

I think it would be pretty rad to have a Vatican on a stick and smack skeletons in the face with it haha.

thanks guys, yeah i jumped in too hard with that first idea. But i really like the mace idea. Going to try and stick with that. Here are some more sketches.



im liking 3 the most. Would be a good fit for Kingdom of the Dead i think, or maybe even swap the skull out for a raven?

Was on PCU earlier, and they said to combo the urn with the demon mace thing i drew. So here's the fruit of that. So that's about it for 2d. going to figure out the rest in 3d. started sculpting but will post that when it's in a better place

Habboi - if they had fx, yeah i could see that for sure.

still trying to figure out if i have enough going on with it, maybe ill add some runes to the bottom portion below the "spike collar"?

And i guess this would go under demonic, was going for kingdom of the dead but this probably wont fit under that?

progress! might expand more on the horns, since that seems to be the hit area. or, i could make the face the hit area, since it's more blunt. not sure, going to play with it more.

Nice progress man! imo the face should be the hit area, but play with making both bigger and try out the design. If the face is the hit area you might want to knock some teeth out or crack them up a bit as well. If the horns are the hit area you could make the outside a bit more flat and hammer-like. I dig it man keep going!

thanks guys, here's the sculpt, im going to call it done. some bits are missing on the other side, there's going to be a lot of duplication. but not enough time to do much more to it.
