Nie with the subtle purples. You could perhaps tint the bright parts to yellow to create colour contrast. Overall just make it more colourful, even if it's subtle.

Thanks for the suggestion. Yea I'm planning on adding some more colour. I was thinking about adding some colour contrast in the spec map as well when I get around to doing that.
